Fantini Café ‘Restaurant’ offers a full sit down menu of freshly prepared wood-fired pizza, pasta and Panini’s. This model requires 120 to 120sqm.
The Fantini Café menu includes wood-fired pizza, paninis and coffee and is well suited to retail areas that enjoy high foot traffic. This model requires a relatively small area of between 25 and 35sqm and a staff complement of three or four members depending on the trading hours.
Fantini Café ‘Coffee Bar’ is a kiosk set-up that occupies between 15 and 20sqm which may include a small seating area depending on the space available. The kiosk is well suited to forecourts or shopping centres.
The menu includes coffee companions such as pastries and cookies. Depending on the trading times a team of two or three staff will suffice.
Fantini Café ‘Self service’ is a low cost, stand-alone unit well suited to forecourts that require a coffee option but have limited space. No additional staff required as a ‘push button’ coffee machine is used. This model requires only 3sqm.
With access to the franchisor’s in-house expertise in the areas of operations, finance, marketing and procurement, the Franchise Manager is able to best advise the franchisee on how to run his/her business successfully. On-site support is provided prior to the store opening and thereafter, as needed.
Franchisees and their teams receive a combination of theoretical and on-the-job training and each team member will receive a training manual. The franchisor supports stores with marketing and in-store promotions. Marketing plans are tailor-made for each store and/or business model. The Franchise Manager will assist the franchisee in executing the initial marketing plan and will provide continual advisory support thereafter.
Procurement is managed by the support office who reviews suppliers and stock items on a regular basis, thereby ensuring that franchisees receive quality products at the right price.
